Due to company expansion plans for 2007, the opportunity has arisen for Consultants with experience of recruiting in HR, IT, Scientific and Finance sectors to further develop and build these divisions as part of a fun, professional and forward thinking company. You will have access to an extensive database of clients and candidates to develop and build into ongoing repeat business. You will focus on quality clients and candidates, lower volume, and higher calibre business, enabling you to achieve a strong interview to placement ratio and work to the best fees. Both search and contingency backgrounds will be considered as you will be working in both areas depending on client needs, to deliver effectively, you will have full research and admin support to enable you to concentrate on delivering the highest level service to your clients and candidates.
