Due to an office move to a prime location in Reading town centre, an increase in headcount has allowed additional consultants to join the leading regional office of this international recruitment specialist. Working with a successful, driven team, you will have a supportive Manager and excellent training on an ongoing basis. You will be trained in everything you need to know including accountancy terminology, client facing sales skills, what your candidates will be doing in the jobs you place them into, the corporate overview, the sales model and the full recruitment lifecycle – processes, expectations and responsibilities. You will be supported by a new starter plan, intensive one to one training with your manager, corporate training and regional training workshops on an ongoing basis. Working to quarterly targets, you will earn commission based on your gross profit with an additional car allowance rewarded based on achievement of specific quarterly targets. Specialising in placing accountancy and finance professionals into permanent roles around Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas, you will be joining a high percentage of people who have overachieved their targets in the very early stages of their careers within the business. As a Trainee, you will have access to promotional opportunities based on your performance and figures on an ongoing basis. Suitable candidates will be graduates or graduate calibre individuals with a track record of success, the hunger to succeed and a bright, articulate personality with the experience or exposure of a business working environment.
