You’ll join a team of hard-working consultants who focus on placing high calibre technical sales people right across the UK. This consultancy is recognised as the top market player so in turn will deliver the best training to individuals coming from a different recruitment sector background. Your bonus scheme is based purely and only on the gross billing figure and ranges from 10-30% giving you huge earning capacity. In addition to this, your car allowance scheme is also linked to your billings so you are totally in control of the value of this scheme which ranges from £300 per month up to £1400 per month which again is the best in the market. The Person: Ideally you will be working as a recruitment consultant presently but possibly in a different sector. You will possess strong commercial acumen, personal drive, tenacity and the ambition to earn a very good living.
