The exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a leading Commercial (non High Street) recruitment agency with a warm client and temp base covering the Bracknell area of the region from their plush Reading City centre offices. You will inherit a range of top level clients within the ‘silicon valley’ area, delivering a full recruitment service into all of their commercial areas, including PA, Secretarial, Management and Client Services roles on temp margins of around 20%. As a recruiter, you will have the credibility and experience to work with high level clients with high demands, with the ability to not be fazed! You will enjoy the sales and marketing aspects of the job – ensuring that you gain the most from your existing clients and pro actively attract new ones. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 12 month’s temps recruitment experience within any market sector and looking to join a company where you will be offered the support, training and promotional opportunities of a larger company, with the autonomy and generous commission structure of a top quality company. You will ‘buddy up’ with a Permanents Consultant who you will cross sell with in the Bracknell area, attending visits and sales meetings together to sell all areas of the business. Reporting into a highly experienced and supportive Manager, you will be given full training and development from the dedicated training department as well as ongoing web based development to support you in your progression and promotional opportunities. Suitable candidates will be well presented with experience of being client facing, have a good track record of success within recruitment and possess the natural drive and enthusiasm to make a success of their career!
