Executive Recruitment Consultant £20,000 p.a. to £22,000 p.a. (On Target Earnings from £30k to £50k) Bristol Based in plush offices in the heart of Clifton, this executive search and research consultancy set growth plans throughout 2008 and would like to invite on board a new Junior Consultant who will join a dedicated and intelligent team of executive level recruiters. There is a clear internal development path starting with a challenging induction and training period devised around your existing skill and experience levels which will quickly build you into a competent Junior Consultant. Following successful completion of this period you will have the chance to move towards Consultant then Senior Consultant which will not only challenge your ability but also significantly improve your earning power. Senior Consultants with 2-3 years experience are earning between £75k to £100k p.a. You will be recruiting across a variety of management, executive and Director level roles across the UK and Europe on a programmed search and selection basis. Both your clients and candidates will expect nothing less than the very highest levels of service at all times which means your research, process control and personal communication skills will continually be put to the test.
