Recruitment Consultant - Specialist Vertical Markets - Fast Track 100 / FTSE Listed Clients Portfolio Independant Business - Independant Minds Admirably independent and vastly ambitious local recruitment business located right in the heart of Clifton covering the UK & Europe. To drive long term growth they need more bright, financially aware and commercially minded people with the determination to deliver – people who take responsibility for financial performance, for development of new business and new markets throughout the UK and Europe. The Position: During your induction and training period covering your first 6 months, you will work on multiple projects and assignments of varying degrees of difficulty in order to familiarise yourself with the role, the recruitment industry and the relationship management processes with both candidates and clients alike. You will have constant 1-2-1 support and guidance based around the pace at which you’re developing and your objectives will vary based on achievement and skill. The timescales in which you develop into a full consultant role is in your own hands but you will be challenged to achieve it within 6-9 months. Senior consultants will earn in the region of £70,000 to £100,000 p.a. The Successful Applicant: Ideally of graduate calibre but most importantly you should be able to demonstrate a high level of intellect, professionalism, personal drive and a track record of developing relationships within a business environment.We’re after like minded people, passionate about getting things right and excited about the prospect of a challenging role in senior-end recruitment. £18,000 to £25,000 p.a. (starting salary) plus large ‘Commissions’ £30k-£70k OTE & defined career advancement. (Senior Consultant's salaries are considerably higher.)
