Having been awarded 2 Recruiter Awards for Excellence, this market leading specialist technical recruitment consultancy, operating 7 key brands, is proud to offer a brand new opportunity to lead a team of 6 technical recruitment consultants and one highly efficient support co-ordinator. The team is presently ahead of budget for the year so you will inherit a lucrative, focussed and ambitious team of individuals. You role will be clear in leading by example. Together with your own personal billing objectives you will have sole responsibility for coaching, training, motivating and leading your team in order to achieve and beat the company expectations. Reporting directly into the Regional Commercial Manager you will benefit from clear guidance, support and direction. We are looking for a passionate individual who has experience of leading a recruitment agency team, ideally within a technical environment but your skills and abilities are more important so we are able to consider people from the entire range of sectors within the recruitment industry. You must be able to demonstrate success in your roles supported by a clear passion for a position such as this.
