The team is ahead of budget YTD so this really is a great time to come on board. You will inherit a large geographical region with an abundance of high demand clients. You will be unrestricted on locations into which you sell as your ‘patch’ will cover from Buckinghamshire right down to the south coast and deep into the south west too. Your focus will revolve around gross margin for which you have full control giving you a clear chance to cross-sell permanent, contract and temporary recruitment services therefore allowing you to fully own and manage your clients. You will be given a generous package in reward for your efforts together with a clear focus on your personal development within the business.
