Reporting to the best performing Director in the UK network of this international corporate recruitment agency and being an integral part of the regional team who have been the UK’s top performers over the past 6 months you will have the confidence and credibility to deliver an exceptional job while always looking for the next big challenge. As a person you will be a do-er who enjoys being operational. Leading from the front by billing and contributing to your team’s bottom line, all the while leading and coaching your team to ongoing success. You will have the drive and approach that will engage and develop a determined team and have a forward thinking attitude that will help the team focus on their business growth. Suitable candidates will be at management level in finance/accountancy recruitment. You will be in the position where you are considering the next challenge that will steer you towards a Director level role in a reasonable time scale. You will have experience of managing both temp and perm recruiters and demonstrate your successes of growing both in terms of revenue and profitability per head. You will be rewarded with a generous package including a Car Allowance, Bupa (from day one) Pension, Life Assurance and corporate discounts. During the first 6 months in your role you will benefit from a reduced threshold. Over threshold you will earn from 25% to 30% of your personal billings and an additional 3% of the team’s billings.
