Join a passionate, fun and traditional specialist commercial recruitment agency and benefit from business being won by the company Business Development Manager.You will be expected to apply all you skills, passion and enthusiasm in order to deliver a thorough, consistent and reliable service to a broad range clients from SME’s to Blue Chips. Your role is to deliver, up-sell and cross-sell within HR recruitment, Senior Administration, Junior Administration, Secretarial, Sales and Marketing recruitment.You will work closely with the other two branch location in order to ensure you’re making full use of a very large and active candidate database, giving you a greater chance of securing precisely the right people.In addition to that you will be part of regular open days and recruitment sessions which generally yield high numbers of candidates.
