The exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading niche recruitment team alongside the a top biller where you will inherit a strong target client base and a strong placing in your market sector. You will have the opportunity to head up your own vertical within IT recruitment dependent on your current experience. You will specialise in placing senior level professionals into IT roles throughout the UK, with a lean towards the Thames Valley - on salaries of £40k to £100k. Once established, the majority of your work will be held on a retained basis with typical fees of over £10k, with the best fee recently being £30k – the opportunity for you to be the next top biller in the company is available in return for your hard work and dedication. A broad salary range has been advertised to accommodate for current recruitment experience and your track record of success in recruitment. Dependent on basic salary, your OTE will range from £55k to £80k and is uncapped. Along with the basic and commission you will be given Bupa cover from day one (of which the tax will be paid) free parking and a range of incentives including champagne, vouchers duvet days, away days and team nights out. To be considered for this role you will either currently be working in IT recruitment or a professional level sector of recruitment. As a person you will be a bright, articulate team player who has the passion and enthusiasm to help an already successful team grow their division further. Regardless of the level that you will join at you will be given a personal development plan with mutually set goals to enable you to grow in your role and career with the business. This will include access to one of the best recruitment trainers in the UK. If you are currently a senior consultant, the opportunity is available to work your way up to either a billing managing consultant or a principal consultant where you will have the same kudos with no management responsibility, therefore putting all your energy into growing your division.
