The exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading temps recruitment team in the Reading office who have achieved 240% of their budget for the last quarter and you will inherit an existing client base to get you up and running immediately. Placing temps on average day rates of £300, you will be working in a quality market with the options to place temp to perm, contract and interim into the whole of the Reading. Working within a team of 4 who all cover temps, you will have access to existing clients leading Blue Chip names where you can cross sell with the perm division to get billing quickly. You will join on a lowered threshold to ensure that you are billing from your first temp placed and work in a team where Consultants with 25 30 temps out are earning £4k - £5k a month in commission. Along with the excellent commission scheme, you will have a full corporate benefits package and free parking in Reading City Centre. As a business, you will be part of a big brand with a great balance of corporate clout and personal service. Somewhere where you will be valued as a person, not lead by KPIs and join a genuinely nice, happy team. After 1 year in your role you will have the flexibility to work towards earning a home set up which will allow you to work from home one to two days a week. As a person, you will be a self sufficient recruiter with the want to manage your own time and workload, perhaps looking for a less micro managed role and KPIs for the sake of KPIs. You will report into a billing manager with 4 years in the company and a strong pedigree of financial temps recruitment who will give you the support when required but allow you to be autonomous in your role. Understandably, as an existing Temps Consultant it would be difficult to walk away from an existing desk with temps out, however, for this role, you will have a reduced threshold, a fantastic basic (dependent on track record) and a warm client base to work. Suitable candidates will currently be in financial recruitment running a temp desk and possess the pace that comes with running a successful division. You will be given the opportunity to head up the career ladder towards management, if you dont want management, a non-management role with a billing focus is also accessible with other people in the business getting to Associate Director level without being a Manager first.
