Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy (Possible Entry Level) Times Top 100 Companies to Work – 2008 £20,000 to £25,000 pa. + Car Allowance Scheme + Commission to 35% + OTE year 1 £35,000-£40,000 pa., yr 2 £60,000 pa., BUPA, Share Stock Options, Life Assurance, Holiday and Trip Incentives Our client is an incredibly successful, fiercely competitive and hugely ambitious global professional staffing consultancy based in ‘state of the art’ offices off Guildford centre, with free parking. You will take responsibility and personal accountability for your financial performance on the professional temporaries desk, continual development of new business and new markets throughout the Surrey area. In order to achieve this you will also be required to generate a consistent stream of high calibre, highly skilled candidates in line with market trends and demands. Top performers are earning over £200,000 p.a. with average and consistent performers are earning approximately £60,000 p.a. The Successful Candidate: Ideally you will have a strong educational background, with clear evidence of success within in a commercially driven sales and business role.
