The exciting opportunity has arisen to join a niche recruitment agency with a professional name in the market place and an existing client base to cross sell interim recruitment solutions into. Working as part of a small team within this Worldwide specialist organisation, you will specialise in placing interim professionals into the ‘built for’ sector, which even though the market is quite volatile, the great news is that interim projects are rapidly expanding in the downturn of permanent staff. Another Consultant at this level billed £100k in their last quarter, hardly a quiet time for them! You will work for a strong brand with established contacts and a good name in the market place. The Clifton office is supported by in house admin and marketing, which will ensure you have the right level of support to focus on your billings and growing your division. Focusing on architecture, design and consultancy, you will focus on a wide range of professional candidates with a strong day rate and therefore margin. Working to margins of 20% - 25%, you will have a quality focus and justify your fees though a solutions driven approach and delivering what you promise. As a business you will be part of a worldwide brand where your hard work will be rewarded in line with the growth of the branch and international promotional opportunities. In addition to the private property sector, you will be placing into corporations, institutions and government organisations linked to your market place, therefore, giving you the scope to find business from all directions. Suitable candidates will ideally be in some form of property and construction recruitment, perhaps a current Perms Consultant who is struggling in the current climate and looking for a company where they can specialise and provide a service offering to a niche area of the industry. Otherwise, other areas of recruitment experience will be considered. Salary will be negotiable if coming from a competitor with existing market knowledge. As an individual you will be a pro active self starter with the ability to cross sell into existing clients and promote interims as a growing division and really make it your own.
