Contracts Recruitment Consultant IT and Technical Sales Recruitment £20-25k Base + OTE £60-70+k yr 1 + Equity in the Business + Free Parking + Retainer/G’tee for the right person A brand new opportunity for a temporary or contracts recruiter to build equity through growing and taking on full management responsibility of your own contracts recruitment division. This is now possible as this fast growing specialist recruitment business has experienced consistent growth during the last 18 months allowing clear internal development opportunities. Based in central Bristol but covering a large South West region, you will inherit a live, spending, permanent client base into which to launch you contracts division so for once, you won’t be starting completely from cold. You will be fed sales leads from the permanent recruiters alongside your own sales activity ensuring you are given every single chance of growing your role and division. Presently the permanent team’s average placement fees are £6.5k so healthy rates and margins are already place, once again giving you a clear platform from which to start. The Person: You will have experience of running either a temporaries, contracts or freelance desk from almost any recruitment discipline whether technical or high street based. Most importantly you will possess the desire and passion to truly become part of a growing business by inheriting ownership of shares in the company. It’s essential you can demonstrate you energy and enthusiasm alongside a tangible track-record of succeeding in your recruitment career so far and the level of your experience is open.
