In line with a recent takeover to enable growth for this leading niche recruitment agency, the opportunity has arisen for experienced recruiters within a professional market to join a credible market leader to place professionals on typical fees of £9k - £18k throughout the Thames Valley. Working within a team of 7 people within the Reading office of this 4 branch business, you will focus on placing throughout the Thames Valley and M4 corridor giving you a broad branch of candidates and clients with the exciting opportunity to cross sell into the new parent company’s client base. You will work within a quality lead, ethical company who justify their strong fees through exceptional service levels and delivering what they say. Salary range is dependent on experience and past billings, for exceptional candidates with a proven track record of high billings, basic salary will go up as far as £45k. In line with basic salary there is a £5k car allowance, private healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday and free parking. Reward is in line with hard work as all commission based roles are, therefore, you will be truly dedicated to making a success of yourself and got the extra mile in all of your business dealings. Suitable candidates will currently be in recruitment, placing into a professional market such as finance, legal or any senior commercial roles where you are adding a consultative, credible service to your client’s recruitment process. You will be looking for a company that will enable you to plan your career beyond your current role, including potential for international branch openings and natural development in line with the takeover. You will be credible, articulate and client focused with a service based sales approach with an excellent track record of winning, delivering and retaining business as well as a down to earth approach as a team player.
