Due to the expansion of the newly formed commercial division of this leading specialist recruitment agency, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial recruitment consultant to join a hard hitting, successful company with exciting plans for growth along with new branch openings and promotions for the existing team. Working for a well established, leading recruitment agency with a over 30 years experience of recruitment between the Directors, you will be given exceptional training, not only during your early stages but throughout your career with them, ensuring you, along with your colleagues are given a great level of service, earning a great salary and seeing your progression being awarded to you on your own merits. At this point, the commercial division can boast more vacancies than they can handle to bill and are supported by a resourcing team to ensure that they are capturing the best candidates in the market to put in front of their clients resulting in the consultants having a strong client focus. You will have the opportunity to cross sell into existing clients built up over 10 years in business as well as actively hunting out your own new clients – all done in a ‘non hard sell’ way. Along with the basic salary you will be awarded with an exceptional commission scheme paying up to 20% of your billings (uncapped) and be incentivised as a team with such recent rewards of trips to Dubai, flat screen TVs, IPods and laptops. All in all, a great reward scheme for a team of great consultants who all value hard work and great results. As the commercial division grows over the coming year, there will be a requirement for a further 3 consultants – with the whole of the UK as your target market place you will have no restrictions. In line with this and the current business demands, a second office opening is planned in 12 months time in Birmingham. Suitable candidates will currently be working in permanent recruitment, ideally from a High Street agency and wanting to move away from the KPI focus and low margins to concentrate on higher value placements and quality service levels where they will be supported by a large advertising and promotion spend and a resourcing team to ensure that they are offering their clients the best possible choice, resulting in more placements. A minimum of 2 years of consistent billing is required, along with a hard working attitude, a real sense of value in doing a great job and a winning mentality.
