Due to the recent promotion of the last round of trainees and the planned expansion for the coming year, the opportunity for Graduates looking to build their career in the exciting world of recruitment has arisen. Working as part of a young, hard working team you will be given 6 months on the job training in all elements of recruitment and on achieving set targets you will be given a pay rise and promotion at the end of your 6 months. Your first month will be spent with your allocated mentor to ensure you were given the best on the job training from someone who has also worked their way up from this level In addition to this you will be given an existing client base with high volumes of vacancies to place technical professionals throughout the Thames Valley area into both contract and permanent roles. As part of the growth, the scope to work towards Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Leader and Divisional Manager roles are available as part of your ongoing career development. Proof of which is seen in the Senior Consultants and Team Leaders who joined the business as Trainees with no experience and gained 2 promotions in 18 months. On top of the basic salary, you will be given an exceptional commission structure where many Trainee Consultants earn around £30k in their first year. You will be part of a money hungry, motivated team where hard work and a competitive team spirit keeps everyone working hard and making great money! Suitable candidates must either be a Graduate with commercial business work experience looking for a sales based career. Non Graduates with commercial business to business sales experience will also be considered – above all else, to be considered for this role you will be a sales hungry individual looking to join a hard hitting business where mediocre just isn’t accepted.
