Due to the expansion of this brand new division of an established, credible recruitment agency, the exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced temps or interims recruiter looking to do a more specialist role with no geographic limitations and be rewarded with an exceptional package. Placing candidates UK wide into finance, accountancy, insurance and engineering roles, you will have access to a strong existing database from the perm division to ensure that you get up and running quickly. Your candidates will be on minimum day rates of £200 with an average weekly profit of £200, therefore, hitting targets and earning commission will happen quickly based on performance. Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will be supported by a successful, fun and professional leader who is looking to grow this division to a headcount of 4 over the coming year. As the first Consultant in it is integral that you bring with you a sales driven approach, creative thinking and the versatility to hunt out business and deliver. Coming in at a Senior level you will be given a car allowance and once proven, the scope to look at your personal development in the business – with a view to working towards Executive Consultant then shareholding Partner. At this level your on target earnings will be £55k - both uncapped and achievable. Suitable candidates will currently be working in temp or interim recruitment with a strong sales focus and consistent delivery of targets. Due to the wide range of perm clients, you will have the adaptability to take on and fill a wide range of bookings from support through to project management and long term contracts. Therefore, a creative, flexible approach is required which will result in a strong client base and repeat business.
