Due to the exciting expansion in both the IT and Engineering recruitment divisions, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join a leading independent recruitment agency with a strong name in the Thames Valley, as well as the UK market and plans to open a European office next year. Working as part of a competitive, successful team you will be a strong sales person with the drive and determination to step up and deliver in a tough yet rewarding market. You will be rewarded with an exceptional commission structure paying up to 25% of your billings and a flexible benefits package at one year’s service, including gym, free parking and a Blackberry. Suitable candidates will currently be in recruitment and enjoy winning and delivering new business within a fast paced environment, if not currently in technical recruitment you will be looking to get into a niche market where hard work and recognition will be rewarded with a generous package. The scope is available to move towards Senior Consultant and Team Leader roles within the business as you will be given a specific vertical market to concentrate on to ensure that you have a strong hold on your market and the best chance of succeeding. One such Consultant worked their way up to management and is now heading up a team of 12 in their London office, internal promotion is their preferred method of recruiting into senior roles and is evident in their current structure. You will be supported by a strong management team, a great brand name and an excellent training plan to ensure you have every chance of making a success of your role.
