Due to the exciting opening of the London office of this leading, well established independent IT recruitment agency, the opportunity has arisen for a senior recruiter to take on the challenge of the London office’s ‘number two’, working closely with the management and board of Directors to grow the London office as a force to be reckoned with alongside the two other very successful offices who have been ranked among the Virgin Fast Track 100 and currently turnover £18m. With all PR and marketing being lead from the Head Office, you will work alongside the Business Manager on attracting, winning and delivering new business and in turn grow the headcount, profitability and reputation of this new branch opening. You will have the scope to run either a contract, perm or dual business dependent on your track record and preference, regardless of division you will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be unfazed by taking a brand who hasn’t worked London before to market and understand and have experience of growing a division. Basic salary is dependent on experience and current package and commission is paid based on the percentage margin you charge clients, i.e. if your fee is 25% you will earn 25% of the invoice value, 30%, you will earn 30% of the invoice value, all with no threshold and no cap. Along with this you will be working for an IIP, ISO and REC accredited business who have been established 10 years and boast a selection of ‘Recruiter’ awards and one the most personable, motivated teams in the business. Suitable candidates will currently be working the London IT recruitment market and are perhaps a bit stifled in a large company and are looking for a new challenge to grow and compete with the big boys or just a strong, consistent business developer and deliverer who wants to make their mark in the early days of a growing office set up and reap the rewards as the business grows. You will be naturally ambitious and have proved yourself with an excellent billing history – there is a lot to achieve in the new office’s infancy, therefore, dedication, hard work and resilience are paramount.
