Senior Research Consultant – Executive Search Consultancy, Bristol £25,000 to £30,000 p.a. Basic, OTE £45,000, Flexible Benefits Package My client is a flexible and intelligent executive search consultancy fully committed to it’s ambitious and exciting growth plans throughout 2009. Having demonstrated an impressively solid performance throughout 2008, they have already attracted a team of very high calibre individuals spread across both the consulting and research teams. In order to achieve continuous improvement in their business model, it’s imperative they now secure an experienced and fully competent Researcher with either junior level management experience or the clear ability to build towards a lead role within an agile and determined research team. You’ll be able to plan and manage research campaigns, rise to and adapt to the daily changes necessary in order to hit your campaign parameters and targets. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain synergy with a challenging team of consultants will be tested together with your capacity to grow and develop into a fully fledged Research Team Manager. With at least 2 years successful research/search experience you will be able to passionately demonstrate your flair for this integrally valuable function coupled with your hunger to continually develop your career in this field.
