The exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior recruiter within a professional sector to join this leading brand of finance recruiters to work alongside the top temps consultants in the business to deliver qualified finance and accountancy candidates throughout the Thames Valley. Working for a leading brand in finance recruitment with a great reputation throughout the Thames Valley you will have the opportunity to cross-sell qualified perms into leading blue chip companies and household names as a starting point and take with you a passionate and enthusiastic approach to winning and delivering into new business accounts. Reporting into a hugely successful Associate Director who has worked their way up in qualified accountancy recruitment and has a wealth of experience and drive to ensure that you are part of a growing, successful team you will be given direction and development finely balanced with autonomy and a grown up approach to how you manage your day. Billing expectations are very reasonable at £15k a month, with your average fee being £10k and candidate ownership and share of revenue from cross selling opportunities you will be given a realistic target in line with the current market. The London office has really picked up with jobs starting to be called in daily and in line with what usually happens, the Reading office will follow suit, therefore, you will be joining at a critical time of growth. Dependent on your career aspirations you will have the opportunity to work towards Managing Consultant and recruit Juniors as the business continues to develop in the market or continue to develop your career as a sole fee earner where you are rewarded well with 20% of all of your billings over a very reasonable threshold. You will be a professional individual who enjoys meeting clients and developing accounts and receiving the reward and recognition you deserve – all within an autonomous, grown up environment where you are able to be self sufficient and ‘get on with the job’. As a person you will be creative and high energy with great relationship building skills. Suitable candidates will ideally be working within Finance recruitment, however, other professional sectors such as Senior IT, Legal or Financial Services will be a consideration – above all it’s down to the individual, a consistent track record of billings and your attitude.
