The exciting opportunity for two experienced Temps Consultants to join a market leading finance and accountancy agency has arisen in line with forecasted profit and headcount growth for 2010. Working as part of the most profitable office in the UK you will be part of a hard working, successful team with a fantastic reputation and a target client base from East Berkshire to Sussex giving you a wide spread of clients and candidates. Placing temps into bookings of up to £30ph with profit margins around 29% you will have the opportunity to bill well and earn fantastic commission based on your hard work and results. Working closely with part qualified and transactional focused accountancy bookings pay rates will range from £15ph - £30ph and range from accounts admin to part qualified accountants. Reporting into a billing Manager, you will be given full support and coaching to ensure that you fully understand your business and expectations and will have the benefit of a client and candidate base to cross-sell into. Suitable candidates will currently be running a temps desk, perhaps working within a low margin high volume sector and want to move to something more profitable and quality focused within a larger region. As a person you will be bright and presentable with the drive to succeed within a professional recruitment market where service and standards are everything. You will be a keen relationship builder where it’s not all hard numbers, much more about quality conversations that lead to results and ongoing business. Perhaps you are putting in a lot of hard work in your current role though aren’t earning much commission due to the low pay rates and margins in your market and want to see the rewards for your efforts. You will have a fantastic commission scheme that really rewards top billers and will be part of a team where some Consultants are earning over £100k a year. In addition to commission you will receive a full corporate benefits package which includes pension, healthcare (with the option to add spouses and children) life assurance and free parking on site. The finance and accountancy market is seeing positive signs of growth and our client is hoping to get some strong Consultants in place to grow further with the business. Once in a position of consistent billing and bonus you will have the opportunity to work towards a Divisional Manager role within the temps division, if you don’t want to work towards a more senior role then you will also have the opportunity to remain as a pure billing Consultant without additional responsibility.
