Due to aggressive growth plans and fantastic success over this year, the opportunity for a hungry, dedicated and tenacious individual looking for a career in a highly rewarding sales environment has arisen within this growing specialist recruitment agency. You will be given excellent on the job training and have the full support of three experienced recruiters who will ensure that you get up and running and fully effective in your role, therefore earning commission quickly. Working as part of a fun, hard working team where there is plenty of banter and an environment of success, you will work hard to develop towards a fully fledged Consultant where you will be responsible for developing and managing your own accounts. Your role will start by supporting the Consultants in screening and qualifying candidates over the phone against existing jobs for top level IT roles in London. Each time a candidate that you have sourced and qualified is placed you will earn commission, once up and running you should expect to earn around £400-£600 a month. Dependent on your career aspirations, you will have the scope to work towards Consultant or once in the role you find that you prefer the candidate side of the business you will have the option to continue in a Resourcing capacity. Suitable candidates will be graduates or graduate calibre individuals with a hard working attitude and the desire to get into a fast-paced sales job where your hard work will be rewarded with excellent commissions and bonuses and the scope to develop with a growing company with a meritocratic approach. In addition to your core skills you will be an organised individual with an intellectual, adaptable approach – being part of the team and the banter and then being able to switch on your credible business side when dealing with top clients and candidates. You will be well presented and take pride in hard work and be hungry to earn well and become a success in your career.
