In line with business growth and client demand, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Contracts/Temps recruiter to join a strong global brand in their Reading office. Placing qualified accountancy professionals throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey and Berkshire on typical day rates of £250 - £500 per day you will have access to existing PSL business and work closely to the Senior Perms Consultant to ensure that you are cross selling to ensure optimum business levels. With a huge market to tap into you will have access of everything west of London and have the ability to pick up accounts already being serviced by other areas of the business. Working as part of a top company who pride themselves on their autonomous working culture you will have access to a strong management team, training, marketing, corporate brand and excellent market reputation. In addition to this you will work alongside strong experienced, passionate recruiters and have the support of a divisional resource/administrator to ensure that you can concentrate on recruiting for your clients. Suitable candidates will have a track-record of success within temps/contract/interim finance recruitment and perhaps be looking for more autonomy or the opportunity to grow a division and work for a top player with warm PSL accounts. Basic salary is dependent on experience and for the right person will pay up to £40k. The full corporate benefits package is available after 3 months and parking is on site available on a rota basis. You will be a credible recruiter with a strong track record of delivering to the Qualified market and a consistent billing track record. You will be an independent fee earner who enjoys working as part of a team where your peers are equally as talented and credible, ensuring you all perform to your best.
